Pool Rules is a Mission Board Quest. Versions 2 and 4 are Heroic Mission Board Quests. Version 3 is a Easy Mission Board Quest. Falcon says, "Pool is the one thing I can beat any of you at. Except Cap. He's better than me at everything. And way too nice about it."
